1) Create beautiful skin from the inside out. If you think skincare is all about

external exposure, think again. The very first step to skincare is providing skin with the very best nutrients from the inside. After all, the deepest skin layers will eventually rise to the surface to become the outermost layers. The more nutrients that seep into each layer of skin from the inside, the stronger and more radiant that skin will be when it reaches its final destination.

Vital nutrients for beautiful skin include essential fatty acids that hold water and nutrients in cells to form an oil barrier that protects against UV rays and microbes. Fatty acids can be found in Omega-3s from salmon, sardines, flaxseed oil, spinach, walnuts and kidney beans, and Omega-6 fatty acids in grains, cooking oils and poultry. Moringa is another great source of essential fatty acids to keep skin looking supple.

Another important set of dietary nutrients for skin are antioxidants. You probably know them to be great for the heart and helpful in preventing cancer.
